What We Are Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team! The PM role will report directly to the President of the company who is seeking a hands-on professional that understands security systems from blueprint to completion.

This role requires more than just sales skills; we need someone with a technical background, someone who has installed security systems and can navigate project complexities with ease. Your ability to build trust, provide clarity, and make insightful recommendations will set you apart. As a Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in designing plans and overseeing projects from start to finish.


  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges during the installation process. Proactively address issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Project Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive project plans and security system designs based on client requirements and blueprints. Utilize your technical expertise to ensure the proposed systems meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns promptly, and manage expectations. Building trust through transparent and open communication is crucial.
  • Hands-On Oversight: Act as a hands-on leader, actively participating in the installation process when necessary. Collaborate with the installation team to troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of security systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee that installed security systems meet the specified standards.


  • Technical Expertise: Possess at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in security system installation, with a deep understanding of both software and hardware components. A background as a former tech is essential to comprehend the intricacies of security system engineering.
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 2+ years of successful project management experience in the security system installation industry. Proven ability to oversee projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Engineering Knowledge: Strong background in security system engineering, with the ability to create and modify blueprints. Familiarity with the latest advancements in security technology and the ability to adapt designs to evolving industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner, fostering positive client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Exhibit a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving. Capable of quickly assessing and resolving issues during the installation process, ensuring project continuity and client satisfaction.
