A Six-Site Security Program That Grew With Vitesse
Vitesse Systems expanded its work with Safe and Sound Security across six commercial sites in Newark, California. The recorded program covers two adjacent buildings, several suites, two gates and a breezeway. Across the six sites, Safe and Sound Security installed 46 cameras and brought 29 doors under access control.
Planning Around Different Buildings and Openings
The first site visits documented doors that had not yet been electrified, camera needs across adjacent buildings, and access at two gates and a breezeway. Later visits covered new Newark spaces as the customer added work. That meant each location had to be checked against its own doors and layout rather than copied from the first building.
Ubiquiti cameras and access control were used throughout the six-site program. A Qolsys burglar alarm was part of one Newark site only, not the other five.
46 Cameras and 29 Controlled Doors Completed in Stages
The Newark work was completed in stages from March 2025 through July 2026. The final recorded scope totals 46 cameras and 29 controlled doors across the six sites. Vitesse awarded additional Newark work after the first installation, extending the same Ubiquiti security program across more of its properties.
